Random Thursday. My summer plans.

Hallo meine Lieben,

 I hope you are having a wonderful Thursday! Happy Independence  Day to all my American friends! Enjoy the holiday!

 It's time for another Random Thursday post.

And this is the topic.

Well, summer will be a little busy but there are some things I want to do in my free time...For example... 
1. Celebrate my birthday.


July is my birthday month and birthdays need to be celebrated. Luckily my birthday is on a Saturday this year which gives us time to celebrate. I am not sure what exactly we will do but what I know for sure is that we will go to a concert in the evening and will spend the Sunday afterwards with David's family.


2. Reading.


I got so many new books and now I just need to find some time to read all of them. So I am planning on spending lots of time outside burying my nose in some good books. 


3. Be outdoors.


Being in the nature always makes me feel good so I am hoping to see some nice places outdoors, do some hiking and biking.


4. Be creative.


I did not really take much time to be creative lately so I definitely want to change this. It makes me happy so I should do it more often.


5. Be happy.


That is always a good thing to do or try. I just want to dedicate as much time as I can to things that make me happy. Sounds like a plan. Not just for summer.

6. Try some new recipes. 


I got this cooking book a while ago, the recipes look delicious but I haven't tried one of them yet. I need to change that.

    Hi Katrin!

    So many great things you want to do this summer!

    Well, I might go back to Ireland for a second time, but well, nothing is safe for now. And actually, I have so many books I want to read and so many nailpolishes I want to try... and I would like to blog, photograph and bake more often, I would also like to try new recipes and I have to try those Kohlrabi Schnitzel soon! :-)

    And I want to find new walking/jogging routes in my area!

      Hi Franziska!

      You will go back to Ireland? That would be so awesome! I hope that will work out! Fingers crossed! I have books and nail polishes too! :) And I really hope that you will like the Kohlrabi Schnitzel too!

      I need to find another jogging route also, I am tired of the old one!

    Sounds like you have great summer plans! I am taking my first ever (while since I started working) summer vacation to go to my brother-in-laws wedding and a road trip. Can't wait! Oh and Happy 4th of July to you! ~Stephanie

    Those are some fantastic summer plans! I've been saying I was going to try new recipes but still havent gotten around to it haha. Maybe this summer I'll actually do it. *fingers crossed*

    Looks like you have lots of plans for summer. I wish I could sit outside and read but with this heat and humidity all I want to do is jump in the pool when I'm outside! :)
