Ten On Tuesday. Cookie monster, slow mail and book love.

1. A mouse decorating a Christmas tree. Cuteness overload.





2. I am impatiently waiting for some packages to arrive. The mail can be veeery slow sometimes. 

 3. I am also hoping that some stuff I sent will arrive soon! Come on, mail! Hurry up! I am always worried that my mail could get lost. 

 4. I am looking forward to a wonderful Christmas with my love! So excited to be able to spend some time with David in Europe!

5. I haven't watched any Christmas movies yet but I am planning to watch The Holiday and Love Actually and Dirty Dancing soon. Like every holidays. I don't know why I like to watch Dirty Dancing at Christmas time because that movie clearly has nothing to do with Christmas but it does feel christmassy to me. 

6. My latest food addiction is: brussel sprouts. I have no idea why I am craving this recently but I feel like eating it all day. Maybe except at breakfast time. Then I want to eat vanilla pudding.

7. I am a cookie monster too.

9. There will be a new Indriðason crime novel in January! I am so excited, I can't even tell you. There are so many books on my reading list and all of them make me happy when I even think about them. Having books you can't wait to read is such a fantastic feeling.

10. I am thinking about doing a book challenge in 2014. I am just not sure how many books I will be able to read. If i would have nothing else to do then I would try to read one book a day but I guess that is not very realistic.

    That mouse video is SO cute!!

    I am also thinking about a book challenge in 2014, I heard about a woman who read one book from every country in 2013 which I thought was really cool. I might so something like that!

    yes, mail is very slow aren't they? but getting and sending them is a joy.

      It is so much fun to get and send mail! :) by the way, I got a Christmas card in the mail and it looks like your handwriting. is that possible? :) i haven't opened it yet because i want to wait until Christmas. :) Did you get my Christmas card?

    I love the cat tree! I challenged myself to read 100 books in 2013 and am almost there. I am thinking I'll do it again next year, but I can't decide if I should stick with 100 or go higher! :D

    I love The Holiday and I already watched The Family Stone - one of my must watch Christmas movies! I hate it when mail gets lost - I recently sent a package to the US, over 2 months ago and it hasn't arrived as of today. So frustrating!

    It's funny how we associate certain films with certain holidays, like for me it's Giant and Glory on Thanksgiving, The Sound of Music at Easter and Harry Potter at Christmas and of course Love Actually and The Holiday too :)

      It is really funny that we associate movies with certain holidays. Glad I am not the only one! :) I need to watch Harry Potter again too! I listen to the audio books while driving currently!

    I used to read a blog by a girl who would read a book every single day. She was amazing - I still have no idea how she did it!

    Mail has been slow for me too. I ordered a book for book club and paid for expedited shipping. It arrived the night before the discussion for it, almost a month and a half after I ordered it.
