Hallo meine Lieben,
it's Friday and I hope you all have some wonderful plans for the weekend and have the chance to do some things you love.
Here some some things that I currently love.
Icelandic crime.

I am currently reading every single book Yrsa Sigurdardottir has written and I am addicted. Her crime novels are bloody, mysterious and breath-taking and her characters are intelligent and well-conceived.
Vegan almond spread.

It tastes like heaven. What a wonderful invention. New food addiction.
My new boots.
They are perfection. Brown vegan ankle booties. I admit that I am too lazy to take a picture but you can believe me that they are very pretty.
TV shows.
So many shows I have to catch up with. But my new favorite show is definitely Moone Boy. Makes me laugh so much. I really need to watch some shows on Sunday. I managed to watch The Walking Dead last night and Grimes is going on my nerves. Also his bad ass son. Boooo! I don't even want to start talking about his wife. Daryl should be the new leader.

The F-word.
You hear it in Europe all the time but it is so funny to see that it is such a huge deal on American television. Yay Tom Hanks.
Sleeping.
One of my favorite things to do.
Have a wonderful weekend, my friends. And enjoy the things that make you happy!
Hooray for all these things! Except maybe the zombies. But I do love Han Solo :) Happy Friday, friend!
ReplyDeleteHan Solo is awesome! But Yoda is my hero. :))
DeleteHappy Sunday, my friend!
Hi, sweet Katrin! That book cover looks so neat! I kind of want to go get it, but then again, I have an insane pile of books awaiting for me to read them, haha.
ReplyDeleteAaaaand, thank you SO much for the pics of Lumpi & Tiger! :D It made my night. I was about to text you now, but I forgot there's a huge time gap between Germany and Cali :/. I'll have to remember to do it earlier ...
Have an amazing weekend! ;D
Hey my dear Miki!
DeleteAll her books are so great! You should check them out! I have a couple of books waiting for me too! :)
Glad you like the picture! I will definitely send you some more!
Have a lovely Sunday!
Katrin, how can you not post a photo of your new boots?! That's not fair! I'm sooo excited now! :(
ReplyDelete;)
And I love Icelandic crime, too. I will have a look for that book... :)
I know...i know...I am so sorry! I will post one later! :)
DeleteAll her books are really great! I am reading the whole series at the moment!Arnaldur Indridason is great too!
I was so shocked the first time I heard the f-word in music/tv in Europe, but then I realized that it's obviously not a big deal there, lol! I want to see the booties!
ReplyDeleteHaha, yeah. it really isn't a big deal in Europe, you hear it all the time. :)
DeleteI will post a picture later!
Hahaha...personally I find Spongebob Squarepants WAY more shocking then the F-word but...oh well.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could sleep but I have a good excuse not to, my nephew is visiting :)
Haha, I never really watched that! :)
DeleteHave a fun time with your nephew!
hey, i should find that book!
ReplyDeleteyou definitely should! :)
DeleteI started smiling when I saw your new food addiction :) Because I'm having breakfast right now - fruits, müsli and the Rapunzel almond butter on top. I love almond butter, so even though it's not the spread we have about the same food addiction right now :D
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Sunday!
Ich drücke Dich.
Haha, that is so cool! I love it! :)That stuff is so delicious!
DeleteHave a wonderful evening!
Ich drück Dich!
Mandelbuttet
ReplyDeleteOk, sorry for the last one, my phone is kind if going crazy!
ReplyDeleteNo problem, dear! I know how that is!
DeleteThe swearing thing always gets me in Europe. I feel scandalized when I hear my students swearing! Students would never be able to get away with that in the US!
ReplyDeleteAnd it's not just the F word. I hear the students say other vulgar things in English. I realize that swearing isn't that big of a deal in Europe, but sometimes I wonder if maybe the students don't realize how bad the things they saying are. I can't tell sometimes!
Yeah, I can imagine. You hear it in Europe all the time. Funny thing is that I never use the f-word but I don't really care if others use it.
DeleteI am sure the students don't really know what it means most of the time!
Haha I like Daryl. That kid gets on my frickin' nerves. Such a liability lol. We don't have cable here so I am having to wait on the new season (and even if we had it if it aired in German I wouldn't understand it. I'm not that good yet lol).
ReplyDeleteDaryl is the best! I need to watch the new episode. Isn't it possible to watch it online or something like that?
DeleteI've kind of got a crush on Daryl. Loved how he & the older lady of the group were flirting in the last episode. We all know they have a thing for each other, they should totally just give in already. Also, Lori needs to die already, she's SO annoying.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for tonights episode!
Yeah, we need some romance! :) I need to watch the new episode tonight! Can't wait! I really want Lori and Carl to die, they annoy me so much. And I am starting to hate Grimes too.
Deletehaha all the kids in ym au pair family always said the F-word and it shocked me every time
ReplyDeleteI can imagine. I never use that word but don't care if others do.
Deleteyay for the walking dead! your post made me laugh...lori deffinatly needs the boot and the little kid, not a fan!! haha
ReplyDeleteglad i could make you laugh! :)) lori is soooo stupid!
