  1. What a wonderful post! :) It's all the small things that make our lives special and wonderful, sometimes it's a good thing to pause and see them (which I forget a lot lately since there's so much going on). I love every single thing you listed. The only thing I'd add are long walks only surrounded by nature, I did that today for 2 hours and it helped me relax so much.
I hope you had an amazing Sunday.
Ich drücke Dich ganz, ganz, ganz feste und ich hoffe, wenn dieser Stress vorbei ist, können wir unser Treffen endlich planen :)

    1. Thank you so much, Beate! I am glad you like the post and you agree that the small things in life are important! We really need to take a break sometimes and appreciate those things! Life can be so stressful! I am glad you were able to go on a long walk, it always helps me to feel better too!
Ich druecke Dich ganz dolle und hoffe, dass wir uns ganz bald mal sehen werden! <3

  2. How was your weekend, Katrin? I love this list, I should do the same! :) Delicious vegan food, having animals around, my partner, friends, peanut butter/caramel anything, and traveling all make me happy!

    1. Thank you, Rika, I am glad you like the list! I would love to read yours! The things you mentioned sound great! I love peanut butter and caramel as well! :) My weekend was fine, I found the time to go for a long walk and visit horses! :)

  3. nice! sometimes we too focus to one bad things that we forget the small things that make life wonderful in every single day!

    1. Glad you like it, Niken! Life can be so stressful so I think we need to take a break sometimes to appreciate all the small things in life!

  4. We should always have a reminder of those things in life that make us happy and grateful - thank you for this reminder

    1. You are welcome. I try to remind myself every single day!

  5. I'm stuck at the image of the bunnies yawning!

    1. It is one of the cutest things I have ever seen!

  6. What a good list! I love snuggling in with tea, a blanket, a stack of books and the cats. It's hard to beat that for a good day. :)

    1. It really is! I guess that's all you need for a cozy and happy day!

  7. Love this list...especially a sunny fall day and salt and vinegar chips!! I can eat a whole bag of those things!!

    1. Oh me too! :) I need to stop myself sometimes!

  8. That's such a happy post, love it!

One of my favourite things to do in a weekend is to browse bookshops and look for some interesting books and also new eye-catching recipe books (good food photography is oh so important!) And now that days are getting shorter i love curling in the sofa with a cup of tea and sth to read or to learn! Love the accomplishment feeling of learning sth new :) and salt and vinegar crisps are alao on my fave snacks :)

Have a lovely week, Katrin! LG

    1. I am glad you like the list, Irene. I always try to remind myself of these things when I feel down!

Browsing bookshops is one of my favorite things to do, that is for sure. I always find some new books I want to check out. I agree, cooking books need to have good pictures! I love spending a fall day curled up on the couch with a good book, a cup of tea and the pets!

Have a lovely week as well! <3

  9. Great list! I agree with a lot or your choices :)

I have to add eating veggie sushi, that ALWAYS makes me happy!

    1. Thanks, Erin! I thought you would agree with a lot of the things.

  10. great list. I do a lot of book browsing and then bring home books I really shouldn't have brought. I wouldn't might seeing your drawings or paintings - is that a secret thing you do?

    have a great day.

    1. Thank you, Lissa! I just cannot resist buying books. :) I will go to a book flea market soon, I am sure I won't come home empty-handed. :)

Hmm, they are not really a secret....I just never felt like they are good enough to share. I will give it some thought....:)
