hope your weekend is going great! I am linking up with lovely Alyx from Every Day Is A New Adventure and I have something to confess.
Confession #1.
I really tried to take some nice pictures of Muse but I had to accept that my iPhone camera is not good enough to take concert pictures. Even when you stand in second row and the girl in front of you is 2 heads smaller than you. Sadly my other camera broke on our trip to Vegas (I really destroy all my electronic devices. It is a curse, I know it.). But yeah, I tried.
Confession #2.
I felt a little bad when I did not stop complaining about the cold when we waited in line and the girl in front of me only wore a t-shirt and did not complain at all. I wore a coat but to my defense, it wasn't the warmest coat I have.
Confession #3.
I thought about getting a shirt after the concert but I did not want to wait in line for an hour to spend 35/40 dollars for a shirt. But still, it would be nice to have a Muse shirt.
Confession #4.
I really really really really wanted to steal Matthew Bellamy's jacket. Perfect jacket. Sorry you can't really see it in the picture. I will try to find a better one. But it was great.
Confession #5.
I need to get a piano. Pianos are awesome and I need to learn how to play. I also need a bigger living room because there is not much space for a piano right now. And I need the same Matthew Bellamy owns. A plexiglass piano. With lights.
#2 - I don't think you should feel bad about that. I hear that some people just are winter people. I'm the same. I keep seeing these people in shorts and short sleeves in the middle of winter, I really like to know how they do it.
ReplyDeletehope you have a great day.
I would really like to know how they do that. It is a mystery to me. I am always cold and there is nothing I can do against it.
DeleteHave a lovely day!
Don't feel bad about complaining. You were complaining at a concert. I'm assuming she bought her ticket and if that's the case, she could have bought a coat if she needed one, haha!
ReplyDeleteHaha, yeah you are right. And it is also not very nice to let people wait in the cold when they pay lots of money for their tickets. :)
DeleteI would love to learn how to play the piano - we have one, but I can't play...boo. haha xxx
ReplyDeleteOh so cool that you have one! That is awesome! I am pretty sure I am not very talented but it would be so awesome!
DeleteI took piano lessons for years as a child but hated it because my parents wanted me too. Finally quit. Wish I could play every day now haha
ReplyDeleteHaha, I understand what you mean! :) But it would be so cool to kow how to do it now!
DeleteOh you saw Muse thats awesome!! I want to play guitar, I am still working on getting one :)
ReplyDeleteCool, I hope you can start playing! There are so many instruments I would like to learn but I doubt that I very talented. But I should definitely give it a try!
DeleteAaaa I love Muse!!!
ReplyDeleteI want to see them live sooo bad!
They are so awesome. Their show is great, I need to see them again!
DeleteSo jealous! I hear Muse puts on a great concert! ~Stephanie
ReplyDeleteThey are so great! I really want to see them again, they are very energetic!

They are wonderful! Loved the concert!
DeleteWelcome to my blog! I am glad you found my! I checked out yours and love it a lot!
That is so cool that you guys got to see Muse! :p And from so close to the stage!!! Hooray to being close to the stage! I don't wanna jinx it, but it seems that I'm finally going to be able to see one of my favorite bands live for the first time! If we can afford the tickets when they go on sale this Friday (fingers crossed!).
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm totally with you, Katrin, I can't understand how some girls appear not to be cold! Geez! I must say I'm a bit jealous, too, haha, I'm always cold.
Hope you have a wonderful week, my sweet friend! ;D
We were really close, that was awesome! But we had to wait in the cold to be that close. It was definitely worth it!
DeleteThat sounds so exciting, Miki! Which band is it? Can't wait to hear about it! I hope you can go!
I am jealous too! I am always so cold and I wish I would not!
Have a wonderful day, my friend! Hugs!
i already got so jealous that you went to Muse concert. they're so cool live!
ReplyDeleteThey are so awesome! I really need to see them again!
DeleteI LOVE MUSE!
ReplyDeleteMe too!!
DeleteI always feel that way about concert t-shirts. When Is saw Pat Benatar I was like I should get a shirt and then I I just couldn't be bothered. I kind of regret it now. But not too much :)
ReplyDeleteI regret it too. But I am sure waiting in line would have been very annoying. And some shirts are just way too expensive. I don't know. They were not that expensive when I was a teenager. :)
DeleteThank you so much and welcome! Visited your blog and I love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the throwback!
ReplyDeleteMuse reminds me of my high school years! :-) Were you also in high school when they were really huge in Europe? I haven't heard anything from them in like ages. Are they making a come back album or something?
Also, I am totally with you on wanting to own a piano. My parents purchased a white Schimmel when I was a teenager and sold it a few years ago because I had lost interest in playing it. Now I miss it so much and keep bugging my husband about getting one. We can't because we are not sure whether we are going to move or not.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm about to go on youtube and check out some old Muse songs.. it'll probably unleash a lot of old memories. ;-)
You are welcome. I really like Muse a lot, I always have. Their latest album came out last year so I think they have been busy all the time!
DeleteIt would be so great to own a piano. I totally understand your reaction as a teenager though!
Hope you had fun listening to some Muse songs!
