Sunday Confessions! Dudelsack, kilts, Awkward.

Hallo meine Lieben,

time for some more confessions. I am linking up with fabulous Alyx from Every Day Is A New Adventure.

1. Guilt is a terrible feeling.

2. If I ever move to Scotland I will learn how to play the Dudelsack (bagpipe). Are women allowed to wear kilts too? I think they have to wear "kilted skirts" but kilts look so much cooler.

3. I have tried Canadian beer yesterday and it was really good. But German beer is still the best beer in the world and that will never change.

4. Sometimes I feel like eating dinner for breakfast. Spaghetti, potatoes, rice with broccoli....anything. I don't know why. Most mornings I eat bread with marmelade for breakfast, sometimes oat meal with almond milk. But especially on Sundays I feel like that's not enough. I need more.

5. That woman makes me laugh so much. I totally forgot to mention her when I talked about my celebrity girl crush. Love the character.

" I don't wanna go down. I've been there, one minute you're on top of the world, and next, you're butt-popping Meth in an abandoned warehouse with a guy named Rooster."
Do you watch Awkward?

Have a great Sunday!

  1. I ate dinner a lot for breakfast when I was pregnant because it was easier a lot and now I find myself craving it sometimes.

  3. Woman can wear kilts, I used to wear one when I went to school in Scotland, but they are typically longer then the mens kilts.

And Mike has a set of bagpipes from when he lived in Scotland, but he doesn't know how to play them yet.

    1. We should just eat dinner for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everyday.
And yay for going to Scotland together! That would be awesome. I would so love to see Glasgow! We could make a trip to Ireland too! :)
The show is so funny, you should definitely check it out someday!

  9. Canadian beer is pretty great! (I agree not as good as German beer though). Though the better Canadian beer is from smaller breweries, not the big ones like Molson. Haha can you tell I love my beer? ~Stephanie

    1. Haha, yeah I can tell! I love beer too! Do you have any recommendations?

    2. Most of the stuff we drink here is local and I very highly doubt you can get it in the States. Vancouver Island has a ton of craft and microbreweries so we are pretty spoiled. Of some of the bigger breweries, Alexander Keith's is pretty decent, as is Rickard's.

    3. Sounds great! I am pretty sure I won't find it in any grocery stores but I will look in a liquor store, maybe I'll be lucky! Thank you so much!

  10. Which Canadian beer did you try? I love Canadian beer (and I am not just saying that because I am Canadian), but ever since my trip to Berlin and indulging in far too much German beer, I am a changed woman :)

    1. Haha, I can imagine. :) Every German will tell you that German beer is the best. And I am happy that some not-Germans think the same.
The beer was called Molson xxx.
