Arches National Park, Moab, Utah

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

in July 2011 David and I went on a 4000 miles road trip to Colorado and Utah. It was a fantastic trip that I will never forget (okay, I wish I could forget about the kidney infection that annoyed me 13 of 14 days of the trip, but okay.).
One of our stops was Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. The park is 76.679 acres and preserves around 2000 arches, including the world famous Delicate Arch, which is 65 foot tall and free-standing.
The highest elevation of the park is 5.653 feet at Elephant Butte.
The place is absolutely breath-taking. That's why I want to share some of my memories with you!

A view over Arches National Park.

I wish I would remember the names of all the arches...

Me in the middle of nowhere.

Another pretty cool arch. Wow, that's a little embarrassing. But to my defense, I have seen so many arches on this trip and I am really bad with names....

This would look amazing in my backyard.

A wild bunny. Aww.

Finally: I know the name of an arch. This is Delicate Arch.

This one looks like it won't last a lot longer.

Have you been to Arches National Park? What is your favorite National Park?

    1. Haha, that's awesome! Maybe you've seen me. :)I have seen hundreds of Swiss people. And yeah, a couple of Germans but I also tried not to reveal myself as a German too because they were so embarrassing.
